The Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology has released a public notice on the preliminary list of projects nominated for the 2023 municipal-level digital workshops/smart factories. Among them, the "Yonglun Jujia LCP Resin Digital Workshop" project by Zhejiang Yonglun Jujia New Materials Co., Ltd. has been successfully selected.
The "Yonglun Jujia LCP Resin Digital Workshop" project involves a total investment of 17.1 million yuan. It employs a comprehensive, multidimensional approach, integrating 5G, internet technologies, and digital manufacturing tools across equipment, management, planning, process safety, big data analysis, and more. The overall goal of the project is to establish a digital workshop characterized by "automated production, closed-loop process control, and visualized production command," aiming to reduce product defect rates and operational costs while improving equipment utilization and production efficiency.
Previously, in July 2022, the "Digital Workshop for the Production of New Electronic Component Materials, Including 3 Million Square Meters of LCP Film Annually and Other LCP Fiber Series" by Zhejiang Yongchuan Jujia New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., another wholly-owned subsidiary of Ningbo Jujia New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., was also recognized as a municipal-level digital workshop.
Two Group Standards Led by Ningbo Jujia Have Been Successfully Approved for Initiation.
