LCP fibers feature high strength and high modulus, making them widely applicable in reinforcement and strengthening fields such as optical cables and fibers, high-strength ropes, special pipelines, and aerospace.
LCP films feature low dielectric properties and are mainly used in high-frequency, high-speed 5G signal transmission applications such as mobile phone antennas, smart wearables, and relay lines.
Liquid Crystal Polymer(LCP) Resin
LCP resin contains 5% to 50% reinforcing materials: long glass fiber, short glass fiber, carbon fiber, and minerals (talc, mica, glass beads, etc.), which can further achieve different properties such as high strength, high toughness, high heat resistance, low warpage, high dielectric constant, and low dielectric constant.
